The Green Career Fair 2026 is an initiative by the University of Birmingham, Dubai and MEBAS (Middle East Business Alliance).
This inaugural Green Career Fair is a strategic initiative designed to connect sustainability-focused organizations with a highly capable and motivated talent pool of undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as alumni, who are developing expertise in ESG, climate innovation, sustainable business, engineering, technology, and responsible finance.
A key objective of this event is to contribute to green skills enhancement and help address the growing green skills gap across industries. As sustainability becomes embedded within business strategy and national priorities such as UAE Net Zero 2050, organizations increasingly require professionals equipped with practical ESG knowledge, sustainability literacy, and cross-disciplinary capabilities.
