This conference will explore the evolving relationship between corporate governance and technology, focusing on how boards can better represent shareholder values and take responsibility for operating their companies sustainably.
It was once sufficient for boards to concentrate solely on economic performance. Today, however, shareholders, consumers, employees, and the wider public are calling for companies to act in the interests of society and the environment. This event will gather leading scholars from Slovenia and around the world to examine how corporate boards can integrate social responsibility into their decision-making—and how technology can help bridge the gap between corporations and the public good.
